CSU Research Competition

Leah Thomas

Leah Thomas (Psychology, '17) competed this spring in the statewide CSU Research Competition in Sacramento. Thomas received the top presentation award in the Behavioral and Social Sciences category for her talk, “Meta-Analysis of Internalizing Outcomes in Neurofibromatosis 1.”

 

 

Learn by Doing Scholar 

Julie Rogers

Psychology Associate Professor Julie Rodgers has been selected for Cal Poly’s 2017-2018 Learn by Doing Scholar Award in the category of planned and in-progress research for “Building Intercultural Competence Through Cultural Immersion Projects.” The Learn by Doing Scholar Awards were established in 2014 and continue to receive financial support from the Library Dean’s Advisory Council in recognition of the significance of Learn by Doing scholarship.
