Hello PSY/CD students! My name is Hector Reyes and this year I am serving as your WPA student representative. I wanted to share a great opportunity that is available to you, both undergraduate and graduate students. The WPA is having their annual convention this year in person and students who are conducting research can submit a proposal for the convention. If accepted, you will be able to hold a poster presentation or an oral presentation (graduate students only) in April of 2022. This is a great opportunity to gain experience presenting at professional conferences and begin building your resume/CV for graduate school applications. Please consider this opportunity and discuss with your advisors. Proposals are due December 15th and I have included a link to the WPA website. If you have any questions about WPA, the annual convention, or proposals, feel free to email me!  hfreyes@calpoly.edu.  https://westernpsych.org/2022-convention/
